This document must be completed before any work begins. E.G.& Co. will not begin excavation without this form.
This will certify that the undersigned has notified Utility Locating service and/or has checked the site plan and other applicable documents and hereby certifies that there are no underground utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, irrigation, phone, cable, fiber optics, other communication cables, etc.) within the surrounding area of excavation work to be done by E.G.& Co.
The undersigned also agrees to hold E.G.& Co. harmless and indemnify E.G.& Co. from any damage or loss, including attorney fees, resulting from any utility lines being struck by E.G.& Co. during the course of excavation, or from any damage done to surrounding areas during the excavation and transplanting process.
